Dr Aiken of the Health Services team is pleased to announce that the monograph recently produced by the team on Veterans benefits is now available on line.  The work examining differences between the New Veterans Charter and the old Pension Act was produced by Dr Aiken and Amy Buitenhuis, a student working with the CDPA over the past year.  This work was an important contribution to re-thinking veterans benefits under the new Charter recently within the Government of Canada.  The work can be downloaded at the following link:
