The Employment Team focuses its research agenda on projects that examine barriers to sustainable long-term employment for persons with a disability and seek solutions to enhance employment outcomes. The team is lead by Dr Lyn Jongbloed of The University of British Columbia and Gordon Ryall of the Canadian Hearing Society, and includes members such as Rebecca Gewurtz (McMaster), Susan Howatt (Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario), Tim Stainton (Simon Fraser University) and many others. The Employment Team also partners with other CDPA teams and Disability Organizations to complete projects in their area of expertise.
