Time use and well-being during the COVID-19 crisis

This project seeks to understand the decisions people are making every day about how to structure their day, use their time, look after themselves and those they love, and how to act in the best interests of the population.  Crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic exert a double jeopardy on vulnerable populations, often having multiplicative rather than simply additive effects.  The project will identify patterns of activity and time use among different groups in response to the need to socially isolate and physically distance, and reasons for the choices of those activities.  Further, the analysis will discern patterns of activity that are most and least associated with positive well-being.
